Plans, organizes and manages the staff and activities of the Project Access and Health System Revenue Cycle training program.. In collaboration with the project team, develops and delivers training in support of the program. Coordinates, coaches and mentors end-users and staff. Utilizes dashboards, metrics and delivery commitments, to develop deploy critical education.
Plans, organizes and manages the staff and activities in support of development, implementation and evaluation of Project Access and Revenue Cycle training programs.
Oversees and approves project curriculum content and sequence across all disciplines.
Approves Project Access implementation and development of training materials, reference guides and job aids.
Partners with business owners to understand needs and assist in collecting, documenting and analyzing business requirements and establish new teaching strategies to meet end-users needs.
Partners with vendors to plan and execute application roadmaps and provide all the required training support for migration and release activities/
Compiles and utilizes related material and supportive documents to enhance teaching sessions. Maintains current documentation and updates from the project lifecycle.
Conducts literature searches, analyzes and summarizes relevant materials, and maintains a reference library of related materials that could enhance training opportunities.
Works with Security and Business Analysts to ensure all necessary standards and procedures for compliance related to the applications.
Researches outcomes of training and reports findings to demonstrate program effectiveness and satisfaction.
Manages training space, technology and materials and supplies.
Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.
Ensures staff receives training and coaching, as needed.
Performs related duties, as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field, required.
Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible training experience required, including e-training and management responsibilities.
Highly developed platform and communication skills, required.
Proven ability in working as a coach and mentor to others.
