Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to, sorting, filing, photocopying, light typing, faxing, taking messages, etc.
Performs diversified clerical duties, which may include, but are not limited to:
Sorting and filing
Answering phones, taking messages
Logging/recording of information
Distributes and retrieves reports, data, etc.
Maintains a variety of records, books, etc.
Maintains statistical data/billing reports, etc.
Miscellaneous duties related to department
Performs related duties, as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum of one (1) year general office experience, required. Department-related experience, preferred. Recent clerical experience, preferred.
Ability to utilize computer keyboard, when required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
